Restaurant General Manager – Chicago

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 1 year of QSR General Manager experience
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop a team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
  • Experience working in a hands-on team environment
  • Responsible for daily operations of a quality branded QSR
  • Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop crew members and upcoming leaders
  • Develop and coach the team, delegating responsibilities to achieve results through others
  • Lead by example and ensure all brand standards are trained and followed

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving guest satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to team development
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control measures
