Restaurant General Manager – Chicago

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 1 year of QSR General Manager experience
- Ability to coach, train, and develop a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
- Experience working in a hands-on team environment
- Responsible for daily operations of a quality branded QSR
- Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop crew members and upcoming leaders
- Develop and coach the team, delegating responsibilities to achieve results through others
- Lead by example and ensure all brand standards are trained and followed
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving guest satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to team development
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control measures
