We are seeking a qualified Restaurant General Manager to join our dynamic group of talented hospitality professionals! We are a food-centric, upscale-casual concept with restaurants in two states and continuing to grow. We are looking for a leader who can help us continue that growth. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and creating a fun work environment for your team. No micro-management by us! We need the person to take ownership and be the face of the restaurant. We offer a quality salary, attainable bonus, and a terrific quality of life with no late nights. This position has a 5-Day/55-hour work week as well as good benefits.
- Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Restaurant General Manager will supervise and coordinate all FOH and BOH activities
- Restaurant General Manager will oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Restaurant General Manager will ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Restaurant General Manager will create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Restaurant General Manager will adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Restaurant General Manager Qualifications: Previous experience managing in an upscale environment
- We will look at someone without GM experience but must have full-service experience and some wine knowledge
- Catering experience is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
