Executive Sous Chef – Michelin-Level Fine Dining | Chattanooga, TN

You’ll work alongside an acclaimed Executive Chef and a world-class culinary team, helping drive excellence from prep to plate while mentoring future leaders and refining every detail of the dining experience.
Executive Sous Chef – Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000–$115,000 base salary plus performance bonus potential

Executive Sous Chef – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin/James Beard-caliber kitchens
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a disciplined culinary team
- Strong background in food cost control, kitchen systems, and inventory management
- Skilled in executing seasonal, technique-driven menus at the highest level
- Culinary degree required
- Committed to safety, precision, and the pursuit of perfection
