Experienced, Fine Dining, high-caliber Restaurant General Manager needed for an amazing new restaurant in Washington DC. Candidates must have a passion for guest service, extensive wine knowledge, and a drive for achieving results. This is a high-end dynamic concept looking for an exceptional leader with a strong floor presence. This is a great opportunity to be part of a great team with expansion plans for the future.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 4+ years of current Fine Dining/Upscale General Manager Experience
  • Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset with an ownership mentality
  • Must have New Restaurant Opening experience in implementing systems/standards
  • Strong leadership ability, flexibility, and adaptability to lead a tenured team
  • Extensive Wine and Craft Cocktail knowledge
  • Preferably pedigree from Michelin Guide-level execution, but not required
  • A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience
  • Highly skilled at financials, P & L, and managing food, labor, and operational costs
