Restaurant Kitchen Manager – Up to $115K + Bonus

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service or scratch-kitchen setting
  • Solid understanding of food safety, inventory, and labor management
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to lead the kitchen, ensuring performance, food quality, and service excellence
  • Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and monitoring team performance

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in a high-energy, team-driven environment
  • Passion for coaching and developing future culinary leaders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
