Restaurant Kitchen Manager – Up to $115K + Bonus

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service or scratch-kitchen setting
- Solid understanding of food safety, inventory, and labor management
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to lead the kitchen, ensuring performance, food quality, and service excellence
- Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and monitoring team performance
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a high-energy, team-driven environment
- Passion for coaching and developing future culinary leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and service
