We are looking for a driven, energetic chef to run our upscale, scratch kitchen. This is a growing fine dining concept with a proven track record of success in and around the Charlotte market. Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications:
- Passion for leading a scratch kitchen
- Developing and coaching their team
- Leadership level of Executive Chef or Head Kitchen Manger
Executive Chef Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in event and PDR execution
- Expertise with steaks, chops, seafood, and shareable small plates
- Ability to align food offerings with craft cocktails and wine programs
- History of building positive kitchen culture and staff retention
