Join a hands-on team where every project is different, and no two days look the same. We’re a fast-growing custom machinery manufacturer seeking an experienced Custom Machine Assembler to help bring complex builds to life—from raw parts to fully operational equipment.

Machine Builder Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and assembling standard and custom machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T tolerances
• Skilled at altering, fitting, and adjusting assemblies to tight tolerances
• Comfortable with reverse engineering and machine builds from start to finish
• General machinist capabilities: manual/CNC mill, manual lathe, surface grinder
• Knowledge of pneumatic and fluid control systems, PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, and robotics
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with designers, team members, and management
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Machine Builder Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with machine leveling/rigging
• Familiarity with both manual and CNC machining processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Customer-facing experience in a manufacturing environment
