Food Service Director Benefits and Compensation
- 10% annual performance bonus
- Eligible for benefits starting the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment
- Accrue 3 weeks (15 days) of vacation annually, plus 8 additional PTO days
- Choice of 3 medical plan options, plus multiple dental and vision providers
- 401(k) with 50% company match on the first 6% of contributions
- Relocation assistance available ($5,000 lump sum)
Food Service Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Food Service General Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, costs, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong communication and client relations skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required)
- Ability to work an early morning schedule (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
- Must meet physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in a food service environment
Food Service Director Preferred Background & Skills
- ServSafe certification strongly preferred
- Experience in corporate dining, B&I, or government contract food service operations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality dining experiences in a client-facing environment
- Proven success leading multi-station operations and building strong client relationships
