Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, including leading a team of managers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead by example
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of effective cost management and inventory controls
  • Proficient in MS Office and hospitality technology platforms (POS, inventory management, scheduling)
  • ServSafe Manager certification

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • High volume restaurant experience, managing over $8M in annual sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire team members
  • Experience with community engagement and participation in events
