Seeking a Dynamic Chef Manager to Oversee Corporate Dining Services

We're looking for an exceptional Chef Manager to lead the culinary team and dining facilities in Memphis, TN. This role involves managing daily dining services and catering at our corporate home office. The ideal candidate combines a passion for hospitality with culinary creativity and strong servant leadership skills.

Chef Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in food service leadership
  • Extensive contract food service experience REQUIRED
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, diverse menus
  • Strong skills in team leadership and personnel management

Chef Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership
  • Manage annual food service budget and control costs
  • Oversee food and supply procurement and storage
  • Evaluate and enhance team performance
