Property Accountant – Atlanta, GA

Property Accountant Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ($63,000–$68,000) + performance bonus

Property Accountant Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of property, fixed asset, or general accounting experience
- Solid knowledge of GAAP principles
- Strong Excel skills and ERP/accounting system experience
- Attention to detail, organizational strength, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Manage and maintain fixed asset and capital expenditure records across multiple departments and markets
- Process asset additions, disposals, transfers, and ensure proper GAAP classification and depreciation setup
- Support monthly and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting
- Review capital expenditure requests for compliance and accuracy
- Assist in preparing timely, accurate financial statements and property-related reports
- Collaborate with senior accountants and corporate staff to improve workflows and support strategic growth
Property Accountant Preferred Background & Skills:
- Additional certifications in accounting or finance
- Experience in the media or entertainment industry
- Familiarity with advanced accounting software or tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
