General Manager – Executive Dining Benefits & Compensation

General Manager – Executive Dining Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader in executive dining, high-end hotels, or private clubs
- Strong client relationship management and financial acumen (budgeting, P&L oversight)
- Experience managing union and non-union staff (20+ employees)
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in interactions with C-level executives
- Must have a professional background in the New York City market
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to oversee white-glove service standards across multiple dining and conference spaces
General Manager – Executive Dining Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience leading a high-volume, executive-level dining or conference center operation ($10M+ in revenue)
- Background in fine dining service, conference center management, or luxury hospitality environments
- Ability to lead and develop a team of managers and service professionals (20–25 managers plus union hourly staff)
- Comfortable reporting to senior leadership while delivering world-class client service
