An established restaurant group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences across multiple entities.

Director of Operations – Benefits and Compensation

  • Competitive salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually with bonus eligibility

Director of Operations – Requirements & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • 5+ years as a Director overseeing at least 4 entities with 75+ employees total
  • Strong background in P&L management, cost controls, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Director of Operations – Must Haves

  • Lead and mentor General Managers while ensuring adherence to company systems and policies
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and guest satisfaction
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards

Director of Operations – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Multi-unit leadership experience in a restaurant group or hospitality company, at least 4 units
  • Proven success driving sales growth and operational efficiency
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong team-building and motivational skills
  • ServSafe certification and advanced knowledge of culinary and food safety standards
