Senior Accountant or Tax Supervisor – CPA | Partner Track | Glastonbury, CT

CPA Responsibilities:
- Lead tax engagements from planning to completion
- Prepare and review business and personal tax returns
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff
- Partner directly with clients, providing exceptional service
CPA Qualifications:
- CPA license or active CPA candidate
- 5+ years of recent experience in a public accounting firm
- Strong technical knowledge in business and personal tax preparation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
