Concessions Manager
Full-Time | Food & Beverage Department | Exempt | Supervisory Role
Bring your leadership, creativity, and operational expertise to a high-volume, fast-paced environment! As Concessions Manager, you’ll oversee daily concession operations, drive sales through innovative concepts, and ensure exceptional service and compliance standards are met.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop concession staff, including training, scheduling, and progressive coaching
- Oversee stock team operations: inventory control, replenishment, equipment upkeep, and HAACP compliance
- Research trends and introduce new concession themes to increase revenue
- Manage event budgets, reporting, and financial accuracy in partnership with Finance
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety, and sanitation policies
- Maintain concession equipment, POS systems, and vendor/service contracts
- Serve as Manager on Duty for events and oversee off-site concession execution
- Foster a positive culture aligned with company values and customer service excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management (or related field preferred)
- 3–5 years of food & beverage experience (high-volume environment preferred)
- 2–4 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety and Alcohol certifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; POS and inventory systems experience
- Ability to thrive under pressure with attention to detail
- Forklift experience a plus
Role Requirements
- Frequent mobility; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort with long shifts (10–14 hours) and consecutive workdays during events
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
