An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Operating Partner to take ownership of a thriving fast-casual concept. This role is designed for a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to build a strong team, drive operational excellence, and step into a pathway toward equity and ownership.
Operating Partner – Benefits and Compensation:
- Medical stipend up to $400 per month
- Company-paid cell phone up to $50
- Paid time off (up to 3 weeks per year)
- Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue share
- Equity after one year, with additional percentages added annually—up to and including full unit ownership over time

Operating Partner – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant leadership experience in fast-casual or casual dining
- Strong financial acumen with direct P&L responsibility
- Experience with labor planning, inventory, ordering, and vendor management
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiar with software programs for inventory and POS management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage as an owner/operator
Must Haves:
- Daily hands-on leadership presence in the restaurant
- Ability to partner directly with ownership on business strategies and execution
- Track record of developing promotable managers and cultivating accountability
- Maintain health, safety, and brand standards consistently
- Build strong guest relationships and community presence as the face of the restaurant
Operating Partner – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience opening new restaurants or helping to grow emerging concepts
- Success in implementing local marketing and community engagement programs
- Passion for creating a guest-first, people-focused culture
