An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Operating Partner to take ownership of a thriving fast-casual concept. This role is designed for a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to build a strong team, drive operational excellence, and step into a pathway toward equity and ownership.

Operating Partner – Benefits and Compensation:

• Medical stipend up to $400 per month
• Company-paid cell phone up to $50
• Paid time off (up to 3 weeks per year)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue share
• Equity after one year, with additional percentages added annually—up to and including full unit ownership over time

Operating Partner – Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant leadership experience in fast-casual or casual dining
• Strong financial acumen with direct P&L responsibility
• Experience with labor planning, inventory, ordering, and vendor management
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiar with software programs for inventory and POS management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage as an owner/operator

Must Haves:

• Daily hands-on leadership presence in the restaurant
• Ability to partner directly with ownership on business strategies and execution
• Track record of developing promotable managers and cultivating accountability
• Maintain health, safety, and brand standards consistently
• Build strong guest relationships and community presence as the face of the restaurant

Operating Partner – Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience opening new restaurants or helping to grow emerging concepts
• Success in implementing local marketing and community engagement programs
• Passion for creating a guest-first, people-focused culture
