Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Multi Unit Field Operations Manager to oversee multiple high-volume experiential entertainment locations. This leader will drive operational excellence, team engagement, and guest satisfaction across the portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment or casual dining, combined with the energy and creativity to thrive in an immersive, family-focused environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can roll up their sleeves, inspire teams, and scale operations in a growing brand

Multi Unit Field Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of multi-unit management experience in hospitality, casual dining, or entertainment venues
  • Proven success leading high-volume operations with strong P&L responsibility
  • Ability to train, mentor, and develop management teams across diverse markets
  • Strong organizational skills with a systems-oriented approach to operations

Multi Unit Field Operations Manager Must Haves

  • A “hospitality gene” – passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to step in and support operations directly
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and labor costs
  • Flexibility to travel frequently between locations and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment

Multi Unit Field Operations Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in family entertainment, attractions, or experiential retail environments
  • Background in scaling new unit openings and supporting rapid growth
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be a cultural ambassador across markets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement
