An ultra-luxury, independently owned resort destination offering a diverse collection of world-class experiences—spanning hotels, private estates, championship golf, fine dining, spa, casino, and curated guest activities—is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
This executive will lead the property’s revenue strategy, brand development, and marketing initiatives across all channels. This is a relocation role in a remote Pennsylvania location—ideal for leaders who thrive in resort living and hands-on environments.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing – Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary of $230,000+, commensurate with experience
- Bonus opportunity based on performance (details discussed during offer stage)

Vice President of Sales & Marketing – Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership in luxury hospitality or resort environments
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, or equivalent)
- Proven success driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
- Strong understanding of Northeast and Midwest markets and luxury travel segments
Must Haves
- Provide strategic leadership across all sales and marketing functions to drive top-line revenue
- Oversee group, leisure, and wedding sales, ensuring room-night and revenue targets are achieved
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to expand market share and guest awareness
- Partner with ownership and executive leadership to shape the resort’s long-term positioning and growth
