We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on General Manager for a successful and growing restaurant location. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to take full ownership of operations, grow sales, and earn significant performance-based rewards.

General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, both front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food standards.
• Manage and mentor staff, fostering a strong team culture and holding team members accountable.
• Maintain strong P&L oversight and financial performance.
• Serve as the “mayor” of the dining room during shifts, delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Communicate directly with ownership, following company guidelines while driving operational success.

General Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as a high-performing General Manager or Partner in a restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of longevity; no more than two roles in the past five years.
• Strong hands-on operational background with the ability to lead and execute.
• Confident handling BOH and addressing kitchen or timing issues directly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and extra hours when needed.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Positive, “I got this” attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with ownership.
