SCRATCH ITALIAN EXECUTIVE CHEF

This high-volume scratch Italian restaurant is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive chef to lead our Back of House team and operations. If you have a passion for scratch modern and classic Italian cookery, possess the ability to mentor | train | develop a team, and want to be part of an outstanding group of hospitality professionals while working under the tutelage of a James Beard Award-winning chef, we'd like to speak with you today!

SCRATCH ITALIAN EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS:

  • A true leader mentality
  • Coach and mentor mindset
  • Ability and skillset to produce high quality, modern and classic scratch Italian cuisine
  • Experience w/ making dough, pasta, and wood-fired cookery
  • High volume background

SCRATCH ITALIAN EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mentor, train, and develop team
  • Oversee BOH Prep and service execution to acceptable standards
  • Vendor, staff, and guest relationships
  • Control costs related to food, labor, and supplies
  • Uphold consistent quality standards
