SCRATCH ITALIAN EXECUTIVE CHEF
This high-volume scratch Italian restaurant is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive chef to lead our Back of House team and operations. If you have a passion for scratch modern and classic Italian cookery, possess the ability to mentor | train | develop a team, and want to be part of an outstanding group of hospitality professionals while working under the tutelage of a James Beard Award-winning chef, we'd like to speak with you today!

SCRATCH ITALIAN EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- A true leader mentality

- Ability and skillset to produce high quality, modern and classic scratch Italian cuisine
- Experience w/ making dough, pasta, and wood-fired cookery
- High volume background
SCRATCH ITALIAN EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mentor, train, and develop team
- Oversee BOH Prep and service execution to acceptable standards
- Vendor, staff, and guest relationships
- Control costs related to food, labor, and supplies
- Uphold consistent quality standards
