We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a PE License to join our full-service design team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional electrical designs across a diverse range of projects—including office buildings, schools, multifamily residences, hotels, restaurants, banks, and retail spaces.

Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor electrical design staff through all phases of project development, from concept to construction administration.
  • Design, coordinate, and manage power distribution, lighting, and related systems, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform system calculations, including load analysis and lighting levels, using industry-standard software.
  • Select major system equipment and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers.
  • Ensure electrical designs meet company quality standards, project requirements, and applicable energy codes.
  • Provide construction phase support by addressing contractor inquiries and ensuring constructability of design solutions.

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

  • Active Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience designing building electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, design standards, and energy codes.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, and photometric modeling tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and engage effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
