Director of Security – Hospitality & Commercial Spaces
Take the lead in shaping security operations across high-rise workspaces and vibrant nightlife venues in NYC. You'll manage risk, lead a diverse security team, and ensure smooth, guest-friendly safety protocols across multiple properties. This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
Director of Security Benefits & Compensation

Director of Security Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years in security management across commercial real estate and high end hospitality
- Proven leadership of large, multi-site security teams
- Deep knowledge of NYC building codes, life safety, and emergency protocols
- Experience with access control, surveillance, and visitor management systems
- NYS Security Guard License required; FLSD certification preferred
Director of Security Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in boutique hotel or private club security operations
- Crisis management or emergency response certification
- Multilingual communication skills
