This is a highly coveted position with a renowned company. We are seeking a strong leader who possesses supreme passion, pride, and professionalism and commands a presence in an upscale, fine-dining environment.
General Manager Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience operating a restaurant of $10,000,000+
- Proficiency in Open Table, Hot Schedules, and Restaurant 365
- 10 years experience in fine dining/high-end hotels
- Experience overseeing a staff of a minimum of 70 employees
- Extensive Profit and Loss understanding
- Outgoing and effervescent personality
