We are a growing, privately owned restaurant group seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team for an exciting new restaurant opening. This role includes a 6–8 week paid training program in Columbus, Ohio, where you’ll learn directly from our experienced team before stepping into your leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and make an immediate positive impact on restaurant results
  • Build, train, and inspire strong, cohesive teams focused on excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH
  • Review financial and operational results and create action plans to maximize performance
  • Ensure every guest receives the highest level of hospitality and service
  • Thrive in a high-volume setting with $7M+ in annual sales
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, AGM or higher preferred
  • Scratch kitchen experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L, labor, and cost controls
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
