We’re looking for an Acquisitions Manager to lead land identification, negotiation, and acquisition for new developments. Reporting to the National VP of Development & Acquisitions, this role will oversee due diligence, entitlements, budgets, and municipal approvals while building strong partnerships with brokers and municipalities.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and evaluate land opportunities that meet project requirements.
  • Negotiate LOIs and Purchase Agreements with brokers and sellers.
  • Oversee due diligence, rezoning, permitting, and engineering studies.
  • Manage site design, entitlement schedules, and budgets.
  • Represent the company in municipal meetings and neighborhood sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of acquisitions and/or land development experience.
  • Skilled in negotiation, project management, and relationship building.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in Columbus, OH with local market knowledge.
