High-volume, scratch-kitchen restaurant seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, drive financial performance, and cultivate a strong hospitality culture. As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of operations—from guest experience to financial performance—while guiding a high-energy team in one of Charlotte’s most distinctive destinations.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive full-service restaurant management experience, including GM or multi-unit leadership
- Proven ability to manage FOH and BOH operations, staffing, and guest service standards in a high volume building of atleast 5+M of annual sales
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and developing high-retention teams
- Experience in a heavy bar/craft cocktail footprint
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in high-volume, scratch-cooking environments
- Background in managing private events, group dining, and seasonal menu promotions
- Skilled at fostering a positive workplace culture in fast-paced settings
- Strong community presence and ability to build guest loyalty
