Restaurant Assistant Manager Benefits and Compensation

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team in a fun, environment
- Ensure guests' expectations are exceeded, and staff is supported in a strong team-focused atmosphere
- Employ strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to problems and challenges as they arise
- Encourage and empower your team to grow and lead
- Excel in enthusiasm, passion for people, cleanliness, and communication
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years in a salaried restaurant management role — strong, tenured experience preferred
- Accountable and reliable communicator with high integrity
- Ability to multitask at a high level, while fostering leadership in all areas of the restaurant
- Positive-minded and Can-Do Attitude!
- High Volume and work experience in NYC, minimum 5MM+ in volume
- New Restaurant Opening experience is a plus
