We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Business Operations to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in operations management within small to mid-sized businesses and success in a start-up environment.

Director of Business Operations Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Design and implement operational systems and best practices for scalability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic goals into operational plans.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and enhance team alignment.
  • Prepare for and facilitate leadership meetings, tracking follow-up actions.
  • Strengthen internal communication and clarify company-wide priorities.

Director of Business Operations Qualifications

  • 4+ years in operations management or similar roles, preferably in SMBs.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented execution style.
  • Proven track record in improving processes and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments
