We are seeking a full-time Ruby on Rails developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.
Ruby on Rails Developer – Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in the following languages: Ruby on Rails, HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with Git (please include a link to your public GitHub profile in the application)
- Experience with jQuery for enhanced web functionality
- Strong understanding and implementation of web standards and best practices
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenges quickly and creatively
- Independent worker with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to collaborate and support cross-functional teams when needed
- Confidence in managing priorities and meeting deadlines, especially under pressure
- Ability to conduct quality assurance testing
- Knowledge of MySQL database management
- Experience working with Linux environments
Ruby on Rails Developer Responsibility:
