Assistant General Manager – High-Volume Restaurant & Bar
We’re looking for a proven leader who can run with the best, set the pace, and deliver results. This is a full-throttle AGM role for someone who thrives in a high-energy, high-volume environment and knows how to lead from the front.
The Role:
- Own the guest and team experience—set the standard every shift.
- Drive service, food quality, cost control, and profitability like your paycheck depends on it (because it does).
- Recruit, train, and keep top talent—no weak links on your roster.
- Lead with urgency, energy, and zero excuses.
- Handle payroll, scheduling, ordering, and event coordination without dropping the ball.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in an AGM role (full-service, high-volume)
- 4+ years in a restaurant & bar leadership position
- ServeSafe certification preferred
- Solid, stable work history
- Nights and weekends? No problem.
