Training Manager – Benefits & Compensation

Training Manager– Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in training leadership in the luxury hotel industry
- Working with employees, the human resources teams and management to ensure the achievement of training objectives
- Proven ability to develop structured training programs across multiple locations
- Ability to create clear, scalable SOPs and onboarding systems
- Hands-on leadership approach and strong communication skills
- Writing reports, keeping records and managing training budgets
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices
- Managing employee enrollment for training, schedule training sessions and organizing the resources to facilitate training programs
Training Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in Forbes rated Luxury Hotels
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with training tech platforms
