We are searching for a lively, guest-focused sports bar brand known for scratch-made food, a welcoming atmosphere, and community spirit. We are seeking a driven and hands-on General Manager to lead operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver memorable guest experiences. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a thriving, high-volume restaurant and grow with a respected multi-unit hospitality group.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of GM-level leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, budgeting, labor controls, and cost of goods.
- Strong ability to hire, train, and develop both managers and hourly staff.
- Excellent guest-service mindset with the ability to resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
- Skilled in driving operational efficiency in a scratch kitchen atmosphere
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- History of improving financial performance, increasing revenue, and maximizing profitability.
- Experience leading large teams (50+ staff) in high energy building
- Hands-on, floor-present leadership style with a focus on accountability and results.
- Strong community engagement and ability to represent the brand locally.
