Alcohol Sales Associate Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Valid MA driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (spirits preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel 3–5 days per week, including some weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Dedication, integrity, and a passion for growing a brand

Education:

  • Degree preferred but not required
  • Sales experience in the alcohol industry is essential
