Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join our team!!
Responsibilities
- Reviews and verifies payroll data from all departments.
- Process adjustments and performs accrual reconciliations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required in daily paperwork and computer data entry.
- Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
- Deal with questions regarding payroll from employees and management.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll.
- Maintain confidential employee information.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Knowledge of Excel preferred.
- Willingness to learn and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly attitude with good verbal communication skills.
- Encouragement to make advancements in your career.
