Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join our team!!

Responsibilities

• Reviews and verifies payroll data from all departments.
• Process adjustments and performs accrual reconciliations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required in daily paperwork and computer data entry.
• Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
• Deal with questions regarding payroll from employees and management.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll.
• Maintain confidential employee information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Willingness to learn and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly attitude with good verbal communication skills.
• Encouragement to make advancements in your career.
