Be the strategic HR partner behind a multi-unit hospitality operation. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape culture, streamline operations, and support leadership across multiple locations.
HR Generalist – Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package tailored to experience, with a base salary range of $70,000–$80,000, and potential to earn up to $90,000 for senior-level candidates. Benefits include:

HR Generalist – Requirements & Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- 2–6 years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality or restaurants
- Familiarity with wage & hour laws, especially for tipped employees
- Experience with HRIS and scheduling systems (e.g., 7Shifts, HotSchedules)
- Strong understanding of payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Comfort with field-based support and multi-unit operations
Must-Haves
This role goes beyond typical HR duties. You’ll be expected to:
- Audit timecards and tip allocations weekly to ensure compliance
- Track and report HR metrics (time-to-hire, onboarding completion, attendance incidents)
- Build and present monthly HR dashboards to the executive team
- Lead sensitive employee relations investigations and coach managers through performance issues
- Coordinate ServSafe/TIPS onboarding and ensure completion
- Partner with operations to design compensation and incentive plans
Preferred Background & Skills
We’d love to see candidates who also bring:
- Experience managing vendor relationships (e.g., benefits brokers)
- Ability to create and present strategic HR plans
- Skills in labor forecasting and analytics
- Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits renewal
- A track record of reducing turnover and improving hiring pipelines
- Leadership potential to grow into a Director role as the company scales
