General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, including hiring and training responsibilities
  • Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
  • Proficiency in hospitality technology platforms, including scheduling, inventory management and POS
  • Financial acumen, ability to effectively manage costs, build sales, and grow profits

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience working with coffee and coffee beverages
  • Skilled in interviewing, hiring, and training
