They are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Private Wealth Advisor to join their San Diego team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management solutions, while driving business growth by converting prospects into long-term clients. Lead Private Wealth Advisor Responsibilities

·        Deliver customized financial planning strategies across retirement, tax, estate, charitable giving, insurance, education, and business planning.

·        Lead client meetings with confidence, providing clear, solution-driven advice.

·        Monitor and manage client portfolios, making proactive recommendations based on market conditions and performance.

·        Convert leads into loyal clients through a proven prospecting process and referral network.

·        Collaborate with client service, trading, and analyst teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

·        Mentor and coach associate advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Lead Private Wealth Advisor Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.

·        Series 65 license and CFP® designation (or progress toward completion.

·        5+ years as a financial advisor with experience leading meetings and managing client relationships.

·        Strong financial planning skills (eMoney experience a plus).

·        Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.

·        Collaborative, humble, and growth-minded team player.
