Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of Restaurant Manager experience
- Sales volume of $3Million+
- Proficient in HotSchedules, Compeat, Aloha, Open Table preferred
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Proven leadership experience
- Passion for hospitality and exceeding the guest expectation
- Exceptional guest relations skills – table touch and turn all into a regular
- Scheduling, bar management, and PnL knowledge
