Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of Restaurant Manager experience
  • Sales volume of $3Million+
  • Proficient in HotSchedules, Compeat, Aloha, Open Table preferred

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Passion for hospitality and exceeding the guest expectation
  • Exceptional guest relations skills – table touch and turn all into a regular
  • Scheduling, bar management, and PnL knowledge
