Executive & Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support a dynamic senior executive across both professional and personal priorities. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, impactful environment, acting as a true partner in driving efficiency, strengthening relationships, and enabling meaningful work. The ideal candidate will bring discretion, resourcefulness, and exceptional communication skills, thriving in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Executive & Personal Assistant Benefits:

Executive & Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the executive’s time through expert calendar management, scheduling, and preparation for meetings, events, and client engagements.
  • Coordinate complex travel and event logistics, ensuring seamless itineraries, smooth execution, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as appointments, errands, and household coordination
  • Strengthen business relationships, managing client and partner communications, maintaining contact databases, and supporting business development opportunities.
  • Elevate the executive’s professional presence, managing LinkedIn and other communications, and contributing to thought-leadership content and presentations.
  • Oversee key administrative processes, including expense reporting, document organization, and vendor coordination to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted partner, exercising discretion and judgment while supporting both professional and personal priorities with reliability and integrity.

Desired Traits of a Successful EA/PA Candidate:

  • College Degreed
  • Organized, driven, self-motivated, positive, outgoing, responsible, and professional
  • Proven success supporting a founder, principal, or senior executive
  • Proactive and emotionally intelligent, articulate communicator
  • Must be highly intuitive, discreet, and confident in fast-moving environments
  • Honest, hard working, ethical
  • Tech savvy and the ability to understand and utilize Computer Software, Calendars, MS Office, Google Suite, Social Media etc.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be willing and able to travel moderately, nationally and internationally
