Restaurant General Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in fast-casual or QSR, managing $60K+ weekly sales
- Proven ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Lead with energy and positivity, fostering a winning team culture
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed expectations every day
- Drive top-line sales while maximizing profitability
- Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
