Senior Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC – Middleton, MA
Ground Floor Opportunity with growing Construction GC is expanding its plumbing division and seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Estimator to take the lead on current local and state HVAC projects. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who can step into live jobs and contribute immediately.
Senior Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC Benefits and Compensation:
• Base salary between $140,000–$160,000 (target $150,000 based on experience)
• Discretionary bonus based on project profitability
• Full major medical insurance coverage
• 401(k) with company contribution
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Days
• Onsite role in Middleton, MA (not remote; in-office as needed)
• Strong potential for upward mobility as the company scales
Senior Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC Requirements & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on estimating experience and 5+ years in project management
5–10+ years of HVAC construction experience, with a proven track record in both estimating and managing projects
Successful history leading construction projects from bid through completion
Strong local and state public bidding and estimating experience
Able to hit the ground running—step into active projects, produce accurate estimates, and build detailed execution plans immediately
Senior Project Manager / Estimator – HVAC Preferred Background & Skills:
• Familiarity working with state and municipal agencies
• Ability to lead projects independently while maintaining team collaboration and compliance standards
Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Excel
