Facilities Maintenance Manager Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Lead all aspects of facilities management across multiple restaurant locations!
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality!
- Collaborate with operations and development teams on new restaurant openings, remodels, and capital projects!
- Monitor and respond to emergency repair needs with urgency and efficiency!
- Partner with executive leadership to align facility strategies with company growth goals!
Facilities Maintenance Manager Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of 2 years of facilities or operations management experience, preferably in multi-unit hospitality or restaurant environments!
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and hot side kitchen equipment!
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills!
- Ability to travel regionally as needed!
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving!
