We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join a well-established Roofing Company in Florida. With over 50 years of success, they are looking for a strategic sales expert to help drive its next phase of growth!

Senior Sales Representative Benefits:

  • Compensation:
    • $90-100K salary draw against first $70K commission
    • Generous commission and realistic budgets
    • Based on a bare minimum sales budget, the OTE will be at least $120-150K+

Senior Sales Representative Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the residential roofing industry
  • Proven residential roofing sales results – looking for a bare minimum of $2M a year
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Able to work remotely and autonomously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills
  • Passion for cold-calling and prospecting
  • Positive mental attitude

Senior Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint and email
