Year-Round Executive Sous Chef – Multi Venue

Year-Round Executive Sous Chef – Multi Venue Benefits:

Year-Round Executive Sous Chef – Multi Venue Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations for two separate venues as needed
  • Lead the culinary team in collaboration with ownership
  • Oversee scheduling, cost control, and food quality standards
  • Implement and reinforce processes, systems, and policies
  • Manage procurement of ingredients and supplies within budget

Year-Round Executive Sous Chef – Multi Venue Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and train teams
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Expertise in seafood preparation, raw bar, and proper handling
  • Financial acumen to control costs and work within budgets
