We are looking for an experienced Custom Manufacturing Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility's daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage production processes, ensure safety, and uphold high-quality standards. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Plant Manager Key Responsibilities:

  – Oversee daily plant operations.

  – Lead and mentor supervisors and production staff.

-Oversee inventory management of over 2000 unique parts

Plant Manager Skills:

  – Develop and manage the plant budget.

  – Implement cost-saving measures.

  – Ability to read complex weldment drawings

  – Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

  – Maintain product quality through rigorous assurance protocols.

  – Address quality issues promptly with corrective actions.

Plant Manager Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Plant Manager in a custom manufacturing or assembly environment.

-Job Shop/fabrication leadership experience

-Leadership experience in a labor-intensive, non-automated manufacturing setting

-Experience with complex weldment drawings

– Strong knowledge of short run production processes and quality control.

– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
