What You'll Do:

  • Deliver an exceptional experience to every guest, every time
  • Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team to ensure excellence in execution and service
  • Foster a respectful, team-first culture built on accountability, coaching, and collaboration
  • Support the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Uphold the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and consistency each shift

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a busy scratch kitchen environment
  • A hands-on leader with a coach mentality who leads by example
  • Strong communicator with a focus on team development and accountability
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to building a positive kitchen culture
  • High standards and a drive for continuous improvement
