We’re seeking a dynamic Event Manager for our exciting new eatertainment venue in Raleigh, where games, craft cocktails, and chef-inspired food come together in one high-energy atmosphere. From corporate takeovers to birthday bashes, this venue is the go-to spot for unforgettable private and group events. Event Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Event Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in events, sales, hospitality, or guest services.
  • Proven track record of selling, organizing, and executing group events (corporate, social, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends to accommodate event schedules.

Event Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience running service shifts in a restaurant or entertainment venue.
  • Ability to work closely with leadership to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Creative, high-energy individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
  • New restaurant opening experience a plus
