We’re seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Project Coordinator to support our leadership team in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of restaurant openings and operational initiatives. This hybrid role blends project management and administrative coordination, ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality operations, HR, and NYC restaurant openings.
You’ll work cross-functionally to keep pre-opening projects on track—from timelines and vendor coordination to compliance and team onboarding—while providing executive-level support and communication across departments.
Executive Project Coordinator – Benefits & Compensation:

Executive Project Coordinator – Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality project coordination, restaurant operations, or restaurant pre-opening roles
- Direct experience with NYC restaurant openings strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and hospitality platforms (e.g., POS, scheduling, HRIS systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
Executive Project Coordinator – Must Haves
- Track and manage timelines, budgets, permits, and vendor deliverables for new restaurant openings
- Support training logistics, HR onboarding, and tech setup for new teams
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation (e.g., SOPs, checklists, project reports)
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, and follow-up communication
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership with exceptional follow-through
- Act as the point of contact between departments, ensuring clarity and momentum throughout the project lifecycle
Executive Project Coordinator – Background & Skills
- Previous experience supporting high-profile restaurant groups or hospitality brands
- Familiarity with HR processes and compliance standards in hospitality settings
- Experience working in or coordinating with departments such as Design, Construction, or Facilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with evolving priorities
- Interest in long-term growth within hospitality operations or project management
