Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive restaurant or country club management experience, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing front-of-house teams
- Strong understanding of guest service standards, hospitality trends, and restaurant operations
- Proficiency in Northstar and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Food Safety and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications are required
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working in exclusive dining or members-only club environments
- Sommelier Level 1 certification or strong wine knowledge (preferred, not required)
- Background in opening or rebranding fine dining concepts
- Familiarity with private club culture and VIP guest service expectations
