General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Profit sharing bonus
- 45-hour work week with two consecutive days off

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service
- Work side-by-side with the team on the line, prepping, serving, and supporting during peak times
- Train, develop, and manage staff performance and morale
- Maintain inventory, manage food costs, and oversee scheduling
- Monitor P&L and drive sales and profitability
- Ensure excellent customer experiences and lead by example
General Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
- Hands-on, guest-first mindset and a passion for working alongside your team
- Strong understanding of P&L management and food operations
- Reliable, organized, and excellent at problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
